What this policy covers

This policy describes what information Contentik collects across the marketing site at contentik.io and the product app at app.contentik.io, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Contentik is operated by IIDEV LLC, the controller of personal information collected through the site and the app.

Information we collect

• Account details. Name, email, password hash, and workspace settings you provide when you sign up for the app.
• Content. Pages, emails, templates, images, and brand assets you create or upload in the app. You own this content; we process it to operate the service.
• Usage data. Standard request information including IP address, user agent, referrer, and pages visited on the marketing site and inside the app.
• Analytics. Aggregate session data via Microsoft Clarity and our analytics provider, used to improve the site and the app.
• Billing. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects payment details. We store the resulting customer and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers.
• Contact details. If you email us or fill out a form, the contact information you provide.

How we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the marketing site and app.
• To create and manage your account and workspaces.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To measure aggregate effectiveness of pages, campaigns, and product features.
• To send service messages (e.g. billing, security, important product changes).

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers — including hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing — under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for our purposes.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for authentication, analytics, and remembering preferences. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, though disabling them may break sign-in and other app functionality.

Data retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your workspace is active. After you delete a workspace, we remove associated content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Contact us to exercise these rights.
